Sweetems, HSLC's black and white cat who has feline leukemia, was adopted this afternoon.  Her new forever home has many other animals (some came from HSLC) who are special needs animals, including feline leukemia cats.  Her new "mother" has a soft spot for old and ailing animals.  Sweetems is young, and she will, hopefully, have a long and healthy life in her new home.  We are all blessed to have adopters who will care for animals who have special needs.
