Popie, HSLC's black and white cat, went to his forever home in Wisconsin.  Popie, now Fenway, was chosen by a Wisconsin couple while they were visiting parents in Lincoln.  They completed an application, and the parent took care of the adoption this past Monday.  Popie stayed in the shelter until Saturday when he could be transported to his forever home.  Ironically, Popie was considered for adoption by the parent when he was in animal control.  So, it came full circle when they came to visit, saw Popie, and fell in love.
