Animal Cruelty
HSLC is a strong advocate of eliminating the suffering and prevention of animal abuse.

Thru our educational outreach program we can educate people on how to care for an animal and why animals deserve proper care.

Thru our presentations we will stress the importance of treating animals in a kind and compassionate way.
Our volunteers are available to come to schools, civic organizations and have meetings with the public.

Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 10:30am to 4:30pm. They have extended hours on Wednesday till 7:00pm and on Saturday 10:00am till Noon.
Animal officers are on duty Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
