The Humane Society of Logan County (HSLC) is committed to the prevention of cruelty, abuse and neglect of animals through its adoption program, cruelty investigations, spay/neuter assistance program, and humane awareness and education. To help promote our mission, the HSLC hopes to break ground within the next six months to build a shelter. HSLC is a not-for-profit animal welfare organization, and therefore does not receive federal, state or local tax dollars. In addition to nominal membership and adoption fees, HSLC relies heavily on fundraising activities and donations from individuals, foundations and corporations who also have a commitment to animal welfare. Please help us to help those who cannot speak for themselves by opening your hearts and your wallets to build a much needed shelter in Lincoln.
