Donations

Your donations can be made in memory or in tribute to people, pets and occasions. A card will be sent to the person or family, telling of your gift, but no dollar amount will be specified.

When you send us your donation, please include the following information:

1. The name of the person or pet being honored or remembered (indicate dog, cat, horse, etc.)
2. The occasion, if applicable (birthday, death, congratulations, in honor of, Christmas present, etc.)
3. The family’s or person’s name and address
4. Name and address of person to receive the card
5. A brief message for the card recipient
6. Your name, address, phone number, and email
